The audience always remembers the superheroes, but these villains have provided the main characters with a noteworthy challenge and combat. They have unique abilities and strengths that have always been intriguing to watch.

He is also prominently featured in Doctor Strange and has gloomy plans for Earth and its inhabitants. Dormammu has been using his extra-dimensional skillset to tear down and endanger the realm in any way he can. Dormammu will always be an enemy and a danger to the realm. He is constantly plotting to take over the world, making him one of the baddest.

Molecule Man is always a supervillain, but he is also represented as a reformer outlaw at times. He has the power to manipulate molecules mentally. But that’s not all he has done. He also had the ability to warp reality across the multiverse.

He made his first appearance in Fantastic Four. It is believed that the more divided Molecule is across the multiverse, the more dangerous and unstable he will become. Even more shocking, Uatu, the Watcher, has stated that Molecule Man is the most powerful being in the entire Marvel multiverse.

Though Ego made some limited appearances he definitely got recognition for being deadly. The living planet of Ego has also been termed a ‘bioverse’. Ego has the power to destroy the world by manipulating earthquakes, volcanoes, and other natural catastrophes.

Ego is so powerful that it can turn the planet into a gorgeous place to live, such as a dreamy paradise, or a deadly earth into which no one would ever want to wander. He also appeared in Marvel Adventures, King Thor, Exiles, and another story arc.

6. Scarlet Witch

Many people praise Scarlet Witch, but we didn’t realize she was also a fearsome villain in comics most of the time. She opted to kill the most popular ones, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, and Vision.

Onslaught is capable of mind control, telepathy, manipulation, and much more. He made his first appearance as a cameo in X-Men: Prime. Onslaught is the most powerful mutant because he is a sentient psionic entity created from the intellect of two enormously potent mutants: Professor Charles Xavier and Magneto. That continued, and he grew in power as he surpassed the abilities of Franklin Richards and Nate Grey. His abilities are both lethal and remarkable.
