White Horse Road woman arrested in heroin bust

A Manomet woman was arrested on suspicion of dealing heroin in West Plymouth, Friday night.

According to Captain John Rogers, members of the Narcotics and Street Crimes units were doing surveillance at the Tedeschi’s on South Meadow Road when they reportedly saw narcotics being exchanged by people in two cars.

They arrested Tiffany Walters, 34, of White Horse Road and Kevin Davenport 27, of Carver. Both were charged with possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute, possession of a class A substance and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. Davenport was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an additional count of possession of a class A substance.

Walters, Rogers said, was the alleged buyer in the deal. Police believe, based on the quantity being sold, that she intended to sell it.
