A Kingston woman was charged with drunk following an incident in the Pine Hills early Wednesday morning.
According to Captain John Rogers, officers were alerted to a disturbance between two people near 150 State Road at about 2 a.m. After a brief investigation, Rogers said, police allegedly found that Kelly Morini, 45, had hit two mailboxes before coming to a stop. She and her passenger got out of the car where they allegedly got into an argument.
Morini was charged with OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage. Her passenger, Dreux Carroll, 32, of Middleborough was found to have default warrants for malicious destruction of property over $250 and witness intimidation.
