Three people are under arrest after an apparent dispute between a tenant and landlord turned ugly, Sunday evening.
Three people, including the landlord’s daughter, are charged with home invasion and aggravated assault and battery in the incident.
According to Captain John Rogers, the alleged victims were renting an in-law apartment at a home on Long Pond Road in the Pine Hills. The landlord, Rogers said, had concerns about some items that had allegedly gone missing from the home.
Robin McShane, 40, of Manomet Point Road came to the apartment with her boyfriend, Timothy Reimels II, 30, and his father, Timothy Reimels, 54, both of State Road. They allegedly attacked the tenants, a 37-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman. The alleged attackers reportedly prevented the tenants from calling the police and hit the man around the head, according to Rogers.
McShane and the Reimels were charged with home invasion, vandalizing property, witness intimidation and aggravated assault and battery.
