Three arrested in alleged oxycodone deal

Three people were arrested following an alleged oxycodone deal near Manomet Elementary School, Tuesday morning.

According to Captain John Rogers, narcotics detectives were doing surveillance near Manomet Point Road and Old Colony Drive when they allegedly saw Jeffrey Kehoe, 33, of Old Colony Drive get into a car with two men in it that pulled up as he waited at the corner.  Police then, Rogers said, reportedly saw a drug transaction take place. At that point, they made three arrests.

Police charged Matthew Webb, 40, of Heather Drive with conspiracy to violate controlled substances laws, distribution of a class B substance and drug violation near a school or park.  Derek McGuire, 35, of Winthrop Road, was charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substances laws, distribution of a class B substance, drug violation near a school or park, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle or trailer and number plate violation. Kehoe was charged with possession of a class B substance, conspiracy to violate controlled substances laws and on a warrant for possession of a class B substance.
