In recent weeks, we’ve seen Vivo officially unveil several entry-level and mid-range phones in the Asian market. The Vivo Y33s, Vivo Y21 and Vivo Y12G are just a few examples. But the Chinese manufacturer is also in the process of renewing its top of the range, or what amounts to the same, the X70 series.

Rumors have it that at least three phones, Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro and Vivo X70 Pro Plus, will be presented in September. Among them, the successor to the Vivo X60 Pro has just unveiled its design and some of its features in a leak.

Now with more cameras in the back

Once again 91mobiles and the famous @OnLeaks leaker shared the first renderings and the most important features of the Vivo X70 Pro. As can be seen from the video and photos, the new Vivo phone would arrive with a perforated and curved display very similar to its predecessor. In addition, this panel would have a diagonal of 6.5 inches and would again integrate the fingerprint reader.

An important difference with the Vivo X60 Pro is at the back, where we see a large rectangular module that accommodates the four lenses of the Zeiss camera (remember that the X60 Pro mounts a triple camera). The Vivo X70 Pro is expected to include a 48 MP main sensor, along with three other 16 MP, 8 MP and 2 MP sensors.

At the bottom, you can see the USB Type-C port, speaker grille, microphone, and SIM card drawer, while the volume control and power button are on the right edge of the terminal. According to the leak, the overall dimensions of the Vivo X70 Pro are said to be 160.4 x 75.5 x 7.7mm (10mm thick with the rear camera bulge).

Other expected specs for this phone are MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 as a processor, accompanied by 8 or 12 GB of RAM and the Android 11 operating system under the Funtouch OS layer. There is also talk of a 4,500 mAh battery and a 32 MP front camera.
