Apple has just released the seventh beta of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 and tvOS 15. These versions arrive after a little over the usual 15 days between updates and we don’t expect good news from them. Being a seventh beta, we estimate that there will be rather little news and quite a bit of performance improvements and bug fixes.

A beta closer to RC

After almost three months of beta testing the new operating systems, we can say that these are, without a doubt, the most stable beta releases we’ve seen to date. A big change in stability has really been seen with the beta of iOS 14, but iOS 15 goes even further. That said, we must not lose sight of the fact that this is a beta. There are a few issues, especially in the interface of iOS and iPadOS, where under certain circumstances, devices get hotter than they should.

Many new features accompany these operating systems. From SharePlay, which takes the FaceTime calling experience much further, to iPad home screen widgets or iCloud + Private Relay, there are plenty of features to test and tweak.

If we want to enter the beta cycle, we can do so by following these steps, but keep in mind that we are talking about development builds that contain errors.

Already in the beta cycle we will find the update in the Settings app as an OTA update. During the first few hours, Apple servers may receive more demand than usual, so the wait time may be extended. In Applesfera we are already updating our devices and we will update the article if any news appears.
