WICKED LOCAL: Judge dismisses sex trafficking charges against Plymouth man

A Superior Court judge has dismissed charges against a local official accused of sex trafficking and running a house of ill fame. Judge Angela Kelley Brown dismissed both charges against Douglas Crociati, ruling that prosecutors leading a 2015 investigation into misconduct at local massage parlors “recklessly disregarded the truth” in seeking indictments against the local airport commissioner. A defense lawyer says police lied to secure an indictment against a local man on human trafficking charges.
