, a fourth grader at Indian Brook Elementary School, was chosen by Children=
&#39;s Hospital to bring the baseball out to Jason Varitek for the firs=
t pitch on opening day at Fenway Park.</span></p>
<p dir=3D”ltr”>Colin was a recipient of Children&#39;s Hospital&a=
mp;#39;s care when he was younger and his family is still actively involved=
in fundraising events for the hospital. To make this day even more memorab=
le Colin was surprised at Fenway by his teacher, Nancy Franks, who took a p=
ersonal day to attend.</p>

Clerk assaulted at 7-Eleven

<p dir=3D”ltr” id=3D”internal-source-marker_0.0461298159789294″>A cas=
hier at the 7-Eleven on State Road was reportedly attacked by a female cust=
omer late Friday night.</p>
<p dir=3D”ltr”>According to Capt. John Rogers, the suspect, who was h=
olding a gallon of milk, was allegedly holding up the line while talking wi=
th a friend. The cashier asked her to speed things, a request which, report=
edly, caused the suspect to leave without paying.</p>
<p dir=3D”ltr”>The cashier tried to prevent the suspect from leaving =
and was allegedly hit in the face with the milk jug. Reportedly, she then a=
ttacked the cashier using other items on the store=E2=80=99s counter before=
<p dir=3D”ltr”>The suspect remains at large, but police have a licens=
e plate number.</p>
