Manomet Story Time

This half-hour story program gives parents, caregivers and children ages 6 and under the opportunity to enjoy books, songs, rhymes and movement activities together. It also reinforces important early literacy skills to help children get ready to read. This program is offered at the Manomet Branch Library on Mondays @ 11:00 from January 8 until May 7. MANOMET LIBRARY: Mother Goose on the Loose

A new session of Mother Goose on the Loose, the lap-sit nursery rhyme and story program, will begin at the Plymouth Public Library, 132 South Street, on Monday,January 8 at 10:00 a.m. This free program is for children ages 18 months and younger with a parent or caregiver.  The program will run for ten weeks.  Registration will begin December 25, and includes 10 consecutive weeks. Please note: The Tuesday and Thursday sessions of Mother Goose on the Loose are separate programs with separate registrations. Please only register for one or the other. Build an edible terrarium at the Manomet Branch Library

Stop by the Manomet Branch Library, 12 Strand Ave., on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. to build an edible terrarium. Participants need to bring the container, small glass ones work best, other materials will be supplied. Materials will include chocolate rocks, chocolate muffins, matcha, graham crackers, and more.
