Help preserve Manomet’s past at the branch library

Share photos of Manomet’s past at the Branch Library on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 10:30 a.m.
Contributions will be scanned and documented to build a digital collection showing the history of Manomet. Photos must be free from copyright restrictions; postcards or other copyrighted images will not be scanned.  At the end of the project, there will be a reception and the contributors will receive a CD of the collection. History Book Group at the Manomet Branch Library

History help wanted for the Simes House

The Simes  House Foundation seeks six to eight people to serve on a new historical committee. Committee Chairman Kevin Doyle is also on the lookout for any information about past residents and photos of the house.
