Samsung’s Christmas giveaways continue in the form of software updates. After bringing the latest version of Android and One UI to the Galaxy S20 and Note 20, Samsung’s Android 12 update is starting to hit the mid-range.

The lucky models are the Samsung Galaxy A52, Samsung Galaxy A72, and Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, with the first major update being for the first two and the second for the last of them. All will receive an additional update, in accordance with the new three-year update policy.

Android 12 with One UI for the mid-range

Samsung has already updated to Android 12 with One UI 4.0 for much of its high-end sound, so the next models lucky to have the very latest version of Android fit the most recent mid-range, at start with the two Samsung Galaxy A52 brothers. and Samsung Galaxy A72.

Both models were officially unveiled in March 2021 with Android 11 and One UI 3.1 under their belt and the promise of three years of Android updates. The first one is now ready, with the Samsung Galaxy A72 receiving the update to version A725FXXU4BULA and the Samsung Galaxy A52 version A525FXXU4BUL8. Either way, the update arrives first in Russia and with the December security patch.

The third Samsung terminal to receive Android 12 in a stable version is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. In this case, this is its second major update, since the terminal launched in 2020 with Android 10 and was updated to Android 11 at the beginning of last year. This terminal is also on the list of those who will receive three Android updates, so it should reach Android 13 in the future.

The three mobiles will therefore receive the news of Android 12, as well as the new features of Samsung One UI 4.0, which emphasizes confidentiality and greater personalization of the interface.
