Berlin (dpa) – Roland Kaiser returns to the stage after a long crown-related concert break. On Instagram and Facebook, he announced Friday: “Dear friends, my whole team and I are very happy that we can finally get back on stage live at the end of August and celebrate with you our return to culture.” In August and September he is invited to Kamenz, Leipzig, Goslar, Apolda and Berlin. In almost all cases, these are make-up dates for concerts that were canceled last year due to the corona pandemic.

Kaiser (69) also said: “You will receive all relevant information on each of my confirmed dates live outdoors this summer, especially on the topics of visitor data acquisition, hygiene rules , reservation change processes, etc. ” – And: “We can’t wait to play for you!” “

Last weekend, the singer indeed wanted to celebrate ‘Kaisermania’ with thousands of fans in Dresden – but, like in 2020, it had been canceled. “Comprehensive protective measures and a developed hygiene concept unfortunately could not help in the decision-making process for approval by the responsible authorities in Dresden,” the organizer told Semmel Concerts.

The “Kaisermania” has for years been one of the most popular cinema night programs on the banks of the Elbe in Dresden. The singer played several concerts there each year, which regularly attracted more than 40,000 fans before the pandemic.
