PSMS student organizes glove drive

Eighth-grader Sonia Abdel-Fattah has been selected as this year’s Project 351 Ambassador from Plymouth South Middle School.

Sponsored by the Office of the Governor, Project 351 is a program that promotes community service throughout the Commonwealth. Last weekend, Sonia joined student leaders from every middle school in the state in a day of active service learning and community development. In the coming weeks, she will organize service efforts here at PSMS. As a first effort, Sonia helped coordinate a drive to collect gloves for children in need.
