Plymouth students take home prizes at SkillsUSA competition

Plymouth students won medals in seven different competitions At the SkillsUSA State Competition. Fourteen students received medals and five qualified to compete at the national competition in Louisville, Kentucky in June.

Winning gold medals and moving onto nationals were Andrew Melanson (electrical wiring construction), the team of Kaeleigh Ellis, Lillian Backlund, and Tayla Russo (Outstanding Chapter) and Katelin Gellar (commercial baking).

The team of Sandra Walter and Lianne Ureneck won a silver medal in Urban Search and Rescue.

 

Peter Gellar III (Job Skill Demonstration), the team of Madisyn Doonan, Kayla Collier, Debby Boutchia (Career Pathways) and the team of Ryan Krugar, Adian Mikulic (engineering technology) won bronze medals.
