12:39 a.m. Traffic complaint on State Road

Cutter Drive man, 48, reportedly drifted into wrong lane, nearly hitting a police car traveling the opposite way. After being pulled over, he allegedly showed a falsified license. He also allegedly had a small amount of fentanyl on him. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, exhibiting another person’s license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle operating refusing to identify self, possession of a class B substance and receiving stolen property under $250.

Anthony Viola, 25, of Delancy Drive charged with witness intimidation, disturbing the peace and making a false 911 report.
