Plymouth Pilgrims fall To Ocean State in pitcher’s duel

After winning three straight games for the first time in franchise history, the Plymouth Pilgrims rolled back home to try to extend the streak.

The Pilgrims (5-2) fell to the Ocean State Waves 1-0 at Forges Field Monday night for the club’s first loss since June 12 in Newport. Plymouth could muster just five hits with none coming after the fifth inning.
