Plymouth Moose Lodge gets grant for building repairs

The Plymouth Moose Lodge has been awarded $9,800 in grant money towards repairing their Lodge home.  The money has been disbursed as part of a grant program from Moose International, the governing body of the Moose fraternity.
Plymouth Moose Lodge and Attleboro Moose Lodge were the only two Lodges out of the 20 in Massachusetts awarded grant money, according to Administrator Francis Kuhn.

The grant money awarded to the Plymouth Lodge can only be used for three items; roof repairs, septic system repairs and sign repairs.
Administrator Francis Kuhn stated “the grant to help repair the Lodge’s septic system will go a long way in improving our service in the building at an affordable cost.”
Past Governor Vic Garrard spoke about the roof repairs, saying “we have had volunteers slowly replacing shingles as a stop-gap measure, but this grant will allow us to protect our Lodge home quickly.”
