A Plymouth man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after he was pulled over in Manomet, Friday evening.
According to Captain John Rogers, an officer reported he was traveling west on Beaver Dam Road when a car in front of him swerved onto the shoulder to avoid hitting an oncoming car that was allegedly travelling in the wrong lane.
The officer stopped that car, which was driven by William Jordan, 24. The officer reportedly found that Jordan was impaired. He also allegedly found a quantity of cocaine in the car, Rogers said. Jordan was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI, and possession of class B substance.
