Pitchers shine as Pilgrims split two

A quality start in baseball is defined as an outing in which a pitcher throws at least six innings and allows no more than three earned runs. On Wednesday, the Plymouth Pilgrims spoiled a quality start from Jonathan Bermudez (St. Leo), falling to the Valley Blue Sox by a final score of 12-5.
