Police cruised up and down Taylor Avenue all night.
Keeping a watchful eye.
Everyone had a patriotic spirit.
Rain may have stopped the July 4 Plymouth Festivities, but it was all clear for July 3 on White Horse Beach.
Police Chief Michael Botieri was pleased with how the evening went, saying that the evening had returned to being a family event. Police he said, made no arrests directly related to the beach festivities.
He said it has taken five years of “steady improvement” to get the word out that White Horse Beach was no longer the place for a wild time om July 3.
