A Pembroke man was arrested after allegedly assaulting two staff people at the High Point Treatment Center in Manomet, Thursday afternoon.
Barry Sylvester, 47, was being discharged from the facility due to his allegedly combative behavior while a patient there, Lieutenant Dana Flynn said. Before leaving, he reportedly demanded “one more treatment” and then got violent when staff refused, Flynn explained.
Sylvester allegedly threw a chair, hitting a 39-year-old woman, Flynn said. Then he allegedly thew a 23-year-old man against the wall and threatened to punch him, Flynn added.
He was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault.
