A Long Pond man died at a Boston hospital following an apparent drug overdose on Fresh Pond Circle, early Sunday morning.
According to Captain John Rogers, the man, 28, reportedly arrived at the house around 2:45 a.m. already impaired. A resident of the house called for an ambulance. Medics, Rogers said, gave the man Narcan. He was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth before being moved to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He was pronounced dead at 6 a.m.
No signs of drug use were found at the scene, but based on the circumstances, police believe drugs were involved, Rogers said.
