A White Horse Beach woman will be summonsed to court after an accident on South Street sent her, and another driver, to the hospital.
According to Capt. John Rogers, Barbara Cameron, 21, of Beach Street, was traveling west in a Chevy Blazer on South Street Monday evening at around 5:30. Reportedly, she drifted into the other lane, hitting a Honda CRV driven by a 81-year-old Plymouth woman head-on.
An investigation at Jordan Hospital allegedly showed that Cameron had consumed narcotics. Rogers did not know for certain what they were.
