The Manomet Center has promoted Constance de Brun to Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer.
In her new role, de Brun is responsible for leading all internal operations at Manomet. She will also continue to have overall responsibility for its finance, human resources, information technology, facilities and office administration functions.
“Creating the position of COO/CFO is a pivotal moment for Manomet and there is no one better qualified for it than Constance,” said John Hagan, Manomet’s President. “Constance’s leadership on sound fiscal management, efficient operations, and business planning over her eight years here have fully prepared her for this crucial role.”
De Brun joined Manomet in October 2008 as Director of Finance and Operations, bringing with her expertise in nonprofit program management, business strategy and finance management. Prior to that, she was Associate Director of Conservation Services at The Trust for Public Land in Boston and served as Assistant Treasurer of the Conservation Campaign.
De Brun holds a B.A. in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Simmons School of Management.
“Conservation and sustainability are my passions, so I’m honored to be given this opportunity to help this organization continue its growth and success,” said de Brun.
