A 53-year-old Plymouth man is facing drunk driving charges for the fifth time after being found unconscious in his car, Tuesday night.
According to Lieutenant Dana Flynn, the driver was seen driving erratically down Rocky Hill Road at around 8:45 p.m. He eventually came to a stop and was found unconscious behind the wheel by a driver traveling behind him.
The man, who Flynn declined to identify, was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess-Hospital. He will be summonsed to court on charges of OUI (fifth offense), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
