The close relationship between Samsung and Epic Games goes back a long way: When Fortnite arrived on Android, Samsung was granted temporary exclusivity so that only users of certain Galaxy devices could access the game. A few months later, the Glow skin arrived, only available for certain Samsung phones and tablets.
Now, the South Korean company has just announced an exclusive event for Android devices: the Fortnite Galaxy Cup 2.0, or Galaxy Cup 2.0, which will be held on Sunday, August 29 and will allow, among other prizes, players to win a new outfit. Additionally, it will be the first tournament in the Arsenal Limited Time Mode, which is the most popular among mobile gamers.
A maximum of 25 games per player
Samsung today announced the Fortnite Galaxy Cup 2.0, or Galaxy Cup 2.0, an exclusive event for Android devices to be held on Sunday, August 29. As we said, it will be done with the limited time Arsenal mode and will consist of a single 3 hour session.
During this session, each player can participate in a maximum of 25 games, each lasting between 10 and 13 minutes. Games will only be valid if they are launched before the window for that session is closed.
In Arsenal mode, all players start with the same weapon and taking out another player will help level up, or what is the same, have a less powerful weapon. In this way, the first player who manages to go through all the weapons, from the best to the worst, will gain a victory which will help them to score points within the competition.

The scoring system will be as follows: for each victory won, each player will get a total of 7 points; for each player eliminated, 1 point; and for each game played, you will earn one more point. Tie-breakers will be determined based on the total points obtained, the total wins in the session and the total seconds won in all matches.
Of course, to participate in any game in the event, players must be at least 13 years old, depending on the age requirement in the player’s country of residence. If you are under 18 or the age of majority defined by your country, you must have permission from your father, mother or legal guardian.
Among the prizes that players will be able to get are an exclusive outfit, the retro Manos Galaxy backpack (reactive), a Portal Vortex weapon skin and, finally, the Llamalaxy spray or graffiti.
