Court Street man arrested after allegedly crashing truck on Bartlett Road

a North Plymouth man was charged with drunk driving for the second time after he allegedly crashed his truck on Bartlett Road, Sunday night.

According to Captain John Rogers, Michael Creed, 27, of Court Street, was found in his Chevy Colorado truck stuck in a guardrail, near Tidmarsh Farms. There was, Rogers said, significant damage to the truck.

Police reportedly determined Creed was drunk and placed him under arrest. He was charged with OUI (2nd offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and wanton destruction of property over $250.
