Erin Staton has been appointed assistant pastry chef and in-house chocolatier at Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills in Plymouth.

In this position, Erin is responsible for handcrafting sweets and decadent desserts, including truffles, molded chocolates, decorative chocolate writing, curls and filigree and flavored macarons to complement the inn’s French-inspired food and beverage program.
