Police arrested a Manomet man Sunday morning after he allegedly attacked three people at a home on Round Hill Avenue.
According to Captain John Rogers, police responded to the call from the home at around 6:20 a.m., there they found the suspect, Christian Cotti, 21, of Bog View Road, outside. He had cuts and bruises on his face, Rogers said.
Cotti, Rogers said, allegedly came to the house to confront a 19-year-old woman he knew there. He allegedly punched her, and when a 32-year-old woman who also lived there attempted to intervene, he allegedly attacked her as well, reportedly taking cash and a cell phone. At that point, three other people arrived at the home and Cotti allegedly fought with one of them, shoving, a 31-one-year-old man against a porch railing, which damaged it.
Cotti was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery, unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (the porch railing) and malicious destruction of property over $250 (the porch railing).
