Bogota. A car bomb attack caused one death and 20 wounded in front of a complex of government and human rights offices in Saravena, a Colombian municipality bordering Venezuela, authorities reported yesterday. The attack was committed before midnight on Wednesday and was perpetrated by dissident FARC guerrillas, reported the military command. The vehicle exploded in an area where a meeting of social leaders had been held earlier.
