Do you have a PlayStation 5? Well, congratulations, because you weren’t just lucky enough to get it despite the shortage of units available. Apple has launched a joint promotion with Sony that allows you to trade in Apple TV + for free for six months just to have the console. A gift of around 30 euros.

The official PlayStation website confirms that this offer is valid for Spain, Argentina, Guatemala, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru and Mexico, therefore the borders do not imply any limitations.

Apple One plan subscribers are out of promotion

The rules are as follows: you have time to trade those six months until July 22, 2022 (one year), and of course, you will need to have your active Apple ID account with a built-in payment method. Once the six months have elapsed, unless you unsubscribe, the service will start charging you 4.99 euros per month. The free period will be activated once you download the Apple TV app to your PlayStation 5 and log in with your ID.

It is not specified, but it is possible that these six months can be combined with the year or with the three free months that Apple offers you with the purchase of one of its devices. The only time you can’t take advantage of the offer is if you have an activated Apple One plan.
