AOC has announced the arrival for the fall of a new monitor clearly geared towards gaming, which aims to delight the most demanding video game enthusiasts. This is the AGON PRO AG254FG, a model with Full HD resolution that boasts a 360Hz refresh rate and a 1ms GtG response time.

To do this, it uses a new generation IPS LCD panel with LED backlight and 24 inches of diagonal compatible with NVIDIA G-Sync technology to reduce tears while we play, but also with NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer, a system capable of measure screen latency in real time without the need for probes.

Made with a frameless design on three of its sides, the monitor has a side and top protector to reduce glare and distractions while we are using it, also mounted with an RGB LED lighting system with 14 operating modes different and a total of 10,000 possible configurations.

It is capable of covering 110% of the sRGB color space, offers 178 degree viewing angles in both axes typical of IPS panels, and we also have VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, can use this display with equipment and titles that offer high dynamic range.

The monitor comes with an ergonomic base that can be adjusted to our liking by varying the height, swiveling and tilting the screen, and in addition to the HDMI and DisplayPort graphics ports, a 4-port USB hub has been added for directly connect the mouse, keyboard and external memories. We also have a built-in 5 watt stereo speaker system.

Pricing and availability

The AGON PRO AG254FG monitor will be released in September 2021 for a price of around 700 euros.
