Board of Selectmen, 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall

  • 7:30 p.m. Licenses and Administrative Notes: Eversource Energy and Verizon are requesting One Pole Petition WO-1966811 for the following: Tayler Avenue for three (3) new pole locations, one (1) new push brace, and (9) nine pole relocations and

    Manomet Point Road for two (2) new pole locations and one (1) new push brace.

    These new pole placements and relocations are necessary to accommodate MassDOT Project #6050 – the reconstruction of Taylor Avenue and Manomet Point Road; The Board will approve and execute a temporary License Agreement between the Town (as Licensor) and Martin Trayers and Rosemary Trayers, owners of 115B Taylor Avenue, Plymouth (as Licensee), which shall authorize temporary vehicular access over Town property on White Horse Beach, identified as Lot 87C on Assessor’s Map 46 and Lot A-3 on Assessor’s Map 45C, for the purpose of transporting equipment and materials related to a residential improvement project at 115B Taylor Avenue. Note: The Conservation Commission has authorized the use of this beach access point at White Horse Beach for this project.
