Norton, 37 Manomet Avenue, Parcel ID 048-049-000A-005.  A Notice of Intent to construct a 2nd floor addition to an existing single-family dwelling, re-surface patio and walkway, add new front stoop, outside rinse station and new septic system, and reconstruct an existing driveway, within the buffer zone of Top of Coastal Bank.
  • Orders of Conditions: SE57-2880  Cynthia V. and Mark E. Bresnahan, 19 Central Avenue, Parcel ID 124-000-003-011.  A Notice of Intent to demolish an existing single family dwelling, construct a new larger dwelling, including amenities and utilities, within the buffer zone of an inland bank of Big Sandy Pond.

  • Septic variance request at 19 Central Avenue Parcel ID# 124-000-003-011 Engineer: Mark Flaherty  has submitted three variance requests for 19 Central Ave.  SAS 4’ rather than 10’ from side property line with lot 3-12 (Big sandy Beach Association-Beach)   SAS to have Greater than 36” of covered (up to 72” of cover proposed) with a Vent and H-20 components.  Also, a waiver is requested to place the SAS less than 20’ from the cellar wall-10’ is shown.  A 40-mil membrane barrier is proposed to eliminate any migration of effluent towards their cellar SAS to be located 51’ from the locus (Bresnahan) well; 52’ from lost 3-10 (Bresnahan/Hodges Zand) Well; 61’ from lot 3-13 (Malvesti/Waters) well.
